Each year, a culture is spotlighted during the festival Off Avignon to reflect its artistic uniqueness and encourage culturel exchanges.

Le Off’PAM est une véritable plateforme internationale d’échanges, de rencontres et de réseautage pour les professionnel·les du monde entier afin de favoriser les tournées à l’étranger des compagnies participant au festival Off Avignon. Il se déploie à l’intérieur du temps fort Place à l’international.

The Off’PAM is a great platform of international exchanges, encounters and networking, for world-wide professionals, aimed at encouraging touring abroad (for companies that take part in the festival Off Avignon). It is part of the Place à l’international (International performing arts) highlight.

Destinés aux compagnies françaises désireuses de développer leur diffusion internationale, ces ateliers (en anglais ou en français) ont pour objectif de leur permettre, grâce aux professionnel·les étrangers invité·es, d’appréhender la réalité concrète des logiques de tournée concernées dans chaque pays ou aire géographique objet de l’atelier.

They are destined to French companies that wish to develop their international dissemination, these workshops (some of which are in English)’ objective is, thanks to the invited foreign industry professionals, to grasp the tangible reality of touring strategies of each country or geographical area the workshop is focused on.

Du 19 au 24 juillet 2026, plus d’une cinquantaine d’étudiant·es venu·es des cinq continents de la création partiront à la découverte du festival Off Avignon et du Festival d’Avignon dans le cadre de la 3^e édition des Rencontres Mondiales des Jeunes Professionnel·les du Spectacle Vivant (WYPPAM / World Young Professionals Performing Arts Meeting). Ce programme, créé et financé par AF&C, est un parcours pédagogique, artistique, touristique et culturel. Il est proposé aux jeunes invité·es dans le but de leur permettre une meilleure appropriation des festivals grâce à un parcours croisé entre le festival Off Avignon et le Festival d’Avignon.

👉 Au programme : spectacles, rencontres professionnelles, rencontres artistiques ou encore ateliers de pratique du jeu d’acteur conduits par l’école Jacques Lecoq.

From 19th to 24th July 2026, more than fifty students from the five continents of creation will discover the festival Off Avignon and the Festival d’Avignon as part of the 3rd edition of the World Young Professionals Performing Arts Meeting (WYPPAM). This program, created and funded by AF&C, is an educational, artistic, touristic and cultural journey. It is offered to students in order to help them better engage with the festivals through a crossover between the festival Off Avignon and the Festival d’Avignon.

On the programme: shows, professional meetings, artistic meetings and acting workshops led by the École Jacques Lecoq.

Pour favoriser la diversité artistique et faciliter l’accès au festival pour les compagnies et structures de production étrangères, AF&C lancé en 2025 un programme d’aides pour les compagnies et strucutres de productions étrangères à l’occasion de leur venue au festival Off Avignon. Pour sa première année, 16 compagnies ont été aidées.
Ce fonds doté de 20 000 € est relancé en 2026.

To promote artistic diversity and facilitate access to the festival for foreign companies, AF&C launched in 2025 a support programme for foreign companies attending the festival Off Avignon. The fund help 116 companies and production organisations in 20265.
The fund with a budged of €20,000 is relaunched in 2026.

En 2025, des Pitch Sessions se sont tenues les 8, 12 et 15 juillet à l'Hôtel de Cambis, partenaire du festival Off Avignon. Expérimentales l'année dernière, ces sessions destinées aux compagnies étrangères du Brésil, de Taïwan, du Québec et d'Allemagne, avaient pour objectif de permettre à ces structures de présenter leurs projets artistiques à un panel de programmateur·rices français·es et étranger·es.

In 2025, Pitch Sessions have been organised on 8th, 12th and 15th July at the Hôtel de Cambis, partner of the festival Off Avignon. Experimental last year, these sessions, intended for foreign companies from Brazil, Taiwan, Quebec and Berlin, aimed to allow these structures to present their artistic projects to a panel of French and foreign programmers.

En 2025, l’Atrium du Village du Off s’est habillée aux couleurs de l’international, du 5 au 10 juillet, à l’occasion du Place au Brésil et du temps fort Place à l’international.

Ainsi, Brésil, Asie centrale, Italie et Ukraine notamment étaient présents avec des stands dédiés où chaque invité aura à cœur de proposer documentation, artisanat, dégustation, espaces de rencontres et de découvertes et bien plus encore…

From 5th to 10th July 2025, the Atrium of the Village du Off was decorated in the colours of the countries welcomed for the Focus on Brazil and the Focus on International Performing Arts. Brazil, Central Asia, Italy and Ukraine, in particular, were present with dedicated stands where each guest will be keen to offer documentation, crafts, tastings, meeting and discovery spaces, and much more.
